Two routes. One clear equipment scope.

Whole fruit and a prepared ingredient need different front ends. Build around the material arriving at your inlet.

Fresh Mango Puree Production Line

A mango-based production route combining real fruit preparation, flesh recovery, two-stage pulping and the selected bulk treatment and packing equipment.

Feed
Whole mangoes: variety, maturity and incoming condition form the preparation basis.
Product
Qualified mango puree, with a defined transfer or treated bulk-bag endpoint.

Package 2 / Prepared puree to a formulated or treated ingredient

Prepared Puree Mixing, Treatment and Filling System

A package for an existing puree stream: selected ingredient mixing, optional high-pressure homogenization, controlled transfer, thermal treatment and compatible bulk bag filling.

Feed
Prepared puree with its preservation state, particle/fibre profile, viscosity and incoming handling defined.
Product
A treated puree or formulated ingredient delivered to the agreed bulk transfer or bag-filling connection.

Preparation and recovery come first. Downstream conditioning, treatment and packing follow the product requirement.

  1. 01

    Prepare

Wash and inspect the incoming fruit.

  2. 02

    Recover

Separate useful flesh from unwanted fractions.

  3. 03

    Pulp & refine

Select two screening duties for the accepted puree.

  4. 04

    Treat

Match product passages and outlet conditions.

  5. 05

    Fill

Connect the selected bulk bag and filling duty.

Already working with puree?

Begin at the right
point in the process.

Receiving prepared puree does not mean buying another whole-fruit line. Select mixing for your recipe, product conditioning where needed, and treatment or filling for the agreed endpoint.

  • Keep retained tanks and equipment in the scope.
  • Choose homogenization and deaeration by product duty.
  • Define transfer, utilities and cleaning connections.

Make the quotation useful

A machine list is only the beginning.

Discuss the material, the product and the connections. A useful equipment offer makes each purchase boundary clear.

01

Product-led selection

Agree the inlet and desired result before selecting screens, vessels or treatment equipment.

02

Defined supply scope

Review machines, joining assemblies and work retained by your existing production line.

03

Connected operation

Bring transfer, services, cleaning access and packing interfaces into the same discussion.

Review equipment integration
A few useful answers

Start with what you know.

Can you quote a machine without a complete line?

A single machine can be reviewed with its inlet and outlet requirements. Choose it in the catalogue and send a short description of the material or task; a complete specification is not required to start.

Must all puree be mixed or homogenized?

No. Ingredient mixing is selected for a formulation duty. Pressure homogenization is selected for a justified product-processing requirement. Neither is a compulsory consequence of calling a product puree.

What does the initial enquiry require?

A name, email, brief requirement and privacy consent. You may add a machine or line, fruit, output and packaging information when available. The optional specification editor helps carry a detailed measurement method into a later review.
