Two-Stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner
Recover puree from prepared fruit and remove selected coarse fractions in a second screening stage.
Machine detailsCompare two-stage screening with high-pressure product conditioning. Understand inlet requirements and when each machine belongs in a puree line.

| Purchase question | Two-stage pulper | High-pressure homogenizer |

Choose each duty against the actual inlet, product requirement and offered configuration.
The two-stage fruit pulper and refiner has two driven screening stages in one assembly. It supports flesh processing and separation of unwanted coarse material. Screen choice and fruit condition influence the recovered puree; aperture alone does not describe every particle in the finished sample.
High-pressure homogenization conditions a suitable feed through its selected pressure-processing arrangement. It does not replace mango stone removal or a screening duty. Review fibres, particles and viscosity before including it downstream of the pulper.
For coarse rejects, review preparation and screening. For a justified change in a prepared ingredient, review homogenization with a representative feed and acceptance method. Some lines need both duties; some need only one. Compare each quotation on its actual inlet, desired outlet and included connections.
