Fresh Mango Puree Production Line
A mango-based production route combining real fruit preparation, flesh recovery, two-stage pulping and the selected bulk treatment and packing equipment.
Clean suitable firm fruit using visible brushing contact and water sprays before preparation. Examine the structure, selection conditions and connected equipment.

Whole fruit assessed for soil load, skin condition and firmness.
Washed fruit handed to inspection, with water and detached material collected separately.
Parallel rollers turn the fruit while the spray system wets the exposed surfaces. The combination of contact and water movement removes surface material from fruit suited to this type of washer. Water and debris pass below the working bed.
Select brush contact around the fruit surface and tolerance to handling. Water reuse, treatment and discharge are separately defined system duties. A brush bed should not be selected as a default for every soft or overripe fruit.
The preceding feed should present a controlled layer rather than a deep heap. The downstream conveyor or chute needs a compatible level and a drainage route that does not send dirty water into recovered puree.
Remove stems and trapped pieces after isolation. Inspect brush wear, spray openings and the water collection area. Closed-pipe CIP does not replace access for washing this open working bed.

Provide a physical work station for fruit inspection, rejection and the manual preparation required by the receiving process.
