Fresh Mango Puree Production Line
A mango-based production route combining real fruit preparation, flesh recovery, two-stage pulping and the selected bulk treatment and packing equipment.
Heat, hold and bring puree to its specified outlet condition before the selected packing or downstream process. Examine the structure, selection conditions and connected equipment.

Puree whose particles, fibres, viscosity and feed condition are defined.
Treated product at the required next-process inlet, subject to the product-specific validated process.
Product travels through the selected tubular path while the heating or cooling service acts across the separating wall. Connected holding and transfer sections establish the intended time and outlet condition. Passage size, product supply and interruption handling are part of the complete duty.
Select product passage and transfer design for the real material. Keep the thermal-process specification separate from catalogue equipment limits. Product disposition during start-up, low temperature or a stopped filler must be explicitly engineered.
| Catalogue family reference | Published range | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Temperature | 72–150 °C | Equipment family capability reference |
| Holding time | 15–120 s | Configured family holding reference |
The ranges belong to a published tube-in-tube family; they are not a universal puree recipe, a named photographed-model rating or proof of process validation. Confirm the product process, passages, supply conditions and packing interface together.
Match a stable upstream supply, heating/cooling services and a compatible downstream filler. Product and CIP paths need their own valve sequence and return boundary. Cabinet presence alone does not establish a particular validated control program.
Provide access for inspecting product connections, seals, instruments and the specified cleaning circuit. The useful cleaning conditions depend on actual fouling and product residence, not only the external tube arrangement.

A package for an existing puree stream: selected ingredient mixing, optional high-pressure homogenization, controlled transfer, thermal treatment and compatible bulk bag filling.

Provide a controlled product holding point between machines whose feed or discharge patterns differ.
