Fresh Mango Puree Production Line
A mango-based production route combining real fruit preparation, flesh recovery, two-stage pulping and the selected bulk treatment and packing equipment.
Raise suitable fruit to the next machine without forcing the rest of the line to share one floor level. Examine the structure, selection conditions and connected equipment.

Accepted whole fruit delivered to the lower belt loading point.
A fruit stream at the upper chute, ready for the selected preparation machine.
The moving belt carries fruit between transverse flights. At its upper turn, fruit leaves the belt into the receiving connection. Matching this discharge to the next hopper reduces an uncontrolled drop and keeps the feed point accessible.
Choose the rise and discharge position from the receiving-machine layout. Fruit size, wet condition and loading depth determine the carrying arrangement; the same installation height is not required in every production line.
Leave a clear path for loose fruit and carried wash water at both ends. Coordinate the upper hopper feed stop with the conveyor drive so a stopped preparation machine does not fill beyond its working inlet.
Isolate the drive before reaching the return run or adjusting tracking and tension. Inspect flights and belt edges, clear retained material and keep platform access outside the moving-belt guard.
