Inside the duty

How it works

Fruit enters the feeding arrangement and passes through the configured recovery sections. Useful flesh follows the product outlet; stone and peel fractions are collected through their designated routes. The next machine refines prepared material rather than being used to break mango stones.

Selection conditions

The separation tooling and desired peel boundary belong to the mango trial. Guava seed handling and papaya cavity-seed preparation are different tasks and are not established by this mango assembly.

Connect the machine

Allow collection access at both useful-product and reject outlets. A feeder or elevator is chosen to meet the hopper level. Keep the drive side and removable working sections accessible after connecting the pulper.

Cleaning and maintenance

After isolation, inspect chamber access points and discharge passages for retained flesh, skin and stones. Review wear of contact parts and clean the reject paths as carefully as the recovered product path.
