Material route
Record the incoming fruit or prepared base and every product/reject outlet. For a recipe, keep added ingredients and their handling separate from the original puree mass.
Engineering for puree production and ingredient preparation: material paths, batch-to-continuous transfer, utility connections, cleaning access and product checks.

The machine schedule is the starting point. Its connections establish where product arrives, how it moves, which utilities it uses and how the equipment is accessed when production stops.
The pictured assembly provides a physical basis for reviewing pipe routes and working access. Project layouts, trials and acceptance records are developed around the selected configuration and site.

Use the mixing batch, useful buffer and downstream flow to define a realistic operating sequence. Specify what happens when a tank empties, a filler stops or a product change begins.
Put inlets, discharge heights, removable parts, pressure-service access and operator positions on one layout. Reserve space for cleaning, reject removal and maintenance.
List heating, cooling, electrical, vacuum, air, water and drainage duties at the actual boundaries. Define inter-machine signals and operator functions for the selected system.
Trace product and cleaning supply/return. Review the selected valve routes, drain points and retained product, and keep open fruit preparation separate from closed-loop cleaning.
Separate assembly/function checks, representative product trials and final process acceptance. Agree measurement conditions, samples and records; an exterior equipment photo does not replace those checks.

Combine a prepared puree with the ingredients or liquid additions required by a defined formulation.
