Prepared Puree Mixing, Treatment and Filling System
A package for an existing puree stream: selected ingredient mixing, optional high-pressure homogenization, controlled transfer, thermal treatment and compatible bulk bag filling.
Combine a prepared puree with the ingredients or liquid additions required by a defined formulation. Examine the structure, selection conditions and connected equipment.

Prepared puree and the separately identified ingredients in the recipe scope.
A batch mixture released against its composition and product requirements.
The selected agitator moves product within the vessel while additions enter at the agreed positions and sequence. Vessel geometry, usable level and mixing duty work together: dissolving an addition, suspending particles and maintaining a uniform batch are different selection conditions.
Specify whether the task is simple redistribution, ingredient addition or a duty requiring more shear. Temperature control and the agitator arrangement are selected with the batch conditions. Pure single-fruit puree does not inherently require formulation or a high-shear mixer.
Coordinate dosing, sampling, product transfer and cleaning supply/return. A receiving thermal line may need a buffer between intermittent mixing and continuous treatment. Identify the discharge connection and the product left in vessel and pipework.
Inspect the agitator seal area, lid connections, outlets and cleaning coverage for the selected arrangement. A useful cleaning plan accounts for the actual recipe, retained product and access to surfaces outside the closed cleaning circuit.

Provide a controlled product holding point between machines whose feed or discharge patterns differ.

Apply a selected high-pressure homogenization duty when an ingredient or beverage formulation requires additional dispersion or particle treatment.

Remove air under the chosen vacuum-process conditions where entrainment or foaming affects the product route.

Heat, hold and bring puree to its specified outlet condition before the selected packing or downstream process.
