Inside the duty

How it works

A supported bag is presented at the filling position and its fitment engages the selected head arrangement. Product is metered into the bag through the controlled connection before the closure and package handling sequence is completed. Bag handling must keep pace with the connected process.

Choose the configuration

Selection conditions

Match bag dimensions and fitment to the offered head and metering configuration. The family volume range does not mean one photographed head accepts every bag. Treatment, filling and package suitability require a combined process assessment.

Connect the machine

Arrange the upstream treated-product connection and define behaviour during bag changes or an interruption. Include head services, support-container access, full-package removal and the selected cleaning/sterilization boundary in the line scope.

Cleaning and maintenance

Check product-contact parts and seals at the filling connection using the offered procedure. Keep package handling and exterior access clear; maintenance of the head, services and metering must be matched to its actual configuration.
