Fresh Mango Puree Production Line
A mango-based production route combining real fruit preparation, flesh recovery, two-stage pulping and the selected bulk treatment and packing equipment.
Recover puree from prepared fruit and remove selected coarse fractions in a second screening stage. Examine the structure, selection conditions and connected equipment.

Recover puree from prepared fruit and remove selected coarse fractions in a second screening stage.
Prepared flesh or mash with damaging hard stones and foreign material removed.
Screened puree and separate coarse rejects from the configured stages.
A driven working assembly moves the feed against a perforated screen. The accepted material passes through while larger fractions leave by the reject route. A second driven stage provides a further separation duty. Both stages belong to the shown machine; they are not two unrelated products.
Agree which coarse fractions should be removed and which fibre should remain. Select stage duties and screens with a representative feed and accepted product sample. More severe finishing can change both the wanted structure and the useful material recovery.

The series table describes input capacity and drive configurations, not a guaranteed finished-puree rate. The pictures do not establish an individual DJ size. Screen aperture is a machine setting, not a measured Dv90 or a maximum dimension in the finished ingredient.
Stabilize the prepared feed and provide distinct reject collection. The product outlet needs a receiver or transfer arrangement suited to its flow; avoid treating the screen chamber as an unlimited upstream storage volume.
Provide room to remove and inspect screens and contact parts. Check damaged apertures, seals and product-retaining recesses. Reassembly and screen identification are part of a controlled product change, alongside cleaning.

A package for an existing puree stream: selected ingredient mixing, optional high-pressure homogenization, controlled transfer, thermal treatment and compatible bulk bag filling.

Recover useful mango flesh while keeping the hard stone out of the downstream screening duty.
