Two-Stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner
Recover puree from prepared fruit and remove selected coarse fractions in a second screening stage.
Machine detailsChoose screens around fruit condition, retained fibre and the required puree sample. Keep screen aperture separate from measured particle distribution.

The pictured pulper combines two driven stages. Review what is removed at the first stage and finished at the second. The drive-side photograph is another view of the same assembly, not an extra machine or a second model.
Smooth, fine-fibre and structured products mean different things to different buyers. Describe what should be retained and separated, and agree a representative sample. That is more useful than choosing the smallest available aperture.
Aperture describes a screen feature; Dv90 describes a measured distribution under a stated method. Fibres and irregular particles do not behave like a single nominal dimension. Discuss screen sets, removal access and cleaning together, and identify every product if the line must handle several feeds.
