Application guide

Start with the fruit. Define the equipment.

The fruit sets the preparation boundary. The product use sets refining, treatment and filling. Choose the review that matches your project.

By fruit

Different fruit. Different preparation.

The front end follows the fruit. The downstream duties follow the product and the receiving process.

Compare preparation boundaries
01 / Pome fruit

Apple & pear

Core, seed and peel decisions belong before refining. The mango destoner is not presented as pome preparation.

Preparation review
02 / Berry fruit

Berry

Fragile handling and seed or skin separation need a representative screen trial, not an assumed seedless result.

Refining review
03 / Mango

Mango

The current complete whole-fruit package: wash, prepare, recover flesh, pulp, treat and fill.

Line package
Two cylindrical pulping/refining stages with separate drives and an interstage product connection.

By product use

What receives the puree?

The receiving application changes the relevant texture, transfer and interface checks. These reviews describe the ingredient boundary; the final food formulation and production process keep their own scope.

Ingredient supply

A specification another plant can receive, handle and compare.

Beverage formulation

Visible structure, dispersion and the finished beverage test.

Bakery / filling

Behaviour in the deposit, bake or filling step, not only the tank.

Dairy / dessert

Addition point, acidity interface and observed separation.

What changes between applications

Same equipment words. Different project questions.

A pulper, thermal section or filler is selected against a different inlet and product boundary in each application.

A project-review matrix, not a claim that one preparation machine or complete line serves every fruit.

A complete line is a defined package, not a slogan.

The only complete whole-fruit package presented here is the fresh-mango route. The apple/pear and berry reviews define preparation questions and downstream equipment that can be reviewed around a prepared feed; they do not claim an installed complete line or a universal fruit capacity.
