Inside the duty

How it works

A conveyor presents the fruit to accessible work positions. Staff inspect the fruit and remove unsuitable material; trimming or cutting follows the particular work-station arrangement. The conveyor transports the fruit while the operators make the preparation decisions.

Choose the configuration

Selection conditions

Define which preparation actions are required before buying the conveying section. Tool access, working height, staffing and reject collection need to match that work; the reference does not establish automatic peeling or optical sorting.

Connect the machine

Place reject collection where it can be emptied without crossing the product path. Set the discharge for the next hopper and allow the crew to stop incoming feed when the preparation or recovery point is full.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the belt, frame and work positions after isolation. Include cutting tools and reject containers in the preparation hygiene procedure, and keep wet-floor access separate from moving drives.
