Mango Puree Recovery: Destoning and Pulping

Understand how mango preparation, flesh recovery and screening define useful puree output. Review rejects and sample requirements before sizing machinery.

Prepare fruit before assessing recovery

Variety, maturity and incoming condition affect preparation. Washing and inspection belong ahead of flesh recovery. Describe the fruit and preparation practice alongside capacity; quantity without material condition is an incomplete selection basis.

Track the separate outlets

The mango recovery machine directs useful flesh toward screening while unwanted fractions leave their defined outlets. Keep collection and access clear. Follow recovered product and removed material through the same run so the balance has a consistent boundary.

Select screening against the accepted sample

Agree the fibre and coarse material wanted in the product. Finer screening can change product and reject balance; it does not establish a universal recovery percentage. Review feed heights, transfers, reject handling and tooling access across the complete preparation and pulping schedule.
