Tube-in-Tube Puree Thermal System
Heat, hold and bring puree to its specified outlet condition before the selected packing or downstream process.
Machine detailsConnect tube-in-tube thermal equipment to a compatible bag filler. Review passages, stable feed and the agreed treatment and packing boundary.

Thermal-family ranges are equipment references, not a universal puree recipe. The actual process follows the product and intended endpoint. Passage design, residence conditions and the outlet requirement must be assessed together.
Provide particles, fibres, viscosity and inlet condition. A tube arrangement for one puree does not automatically suit every formulation. Review the product route, cleaning access and transfer supplying the thermal section.
The product inlet, filling connection, bag fitment and handling must match. Agree the response to bag changes and interruptions. Identify services, instruments and control functions in the offer. Keep hardware checks separate from product-process validation; an exterior photograph is not evidence of shelf life.
