Vacuum Deaeration System
Remove air under the chosen vacuum-process conditions where entrainment or foaming affects the product route.
Machine detailsReview vacuum deaeration separately from homogenization and heating. Define the incoming product, air-related requirement and connected transfer duties.

Deaeration is considered when air presents a defined processing or product question. It is not compulsory in every puree line. Explain that requirement and how the inlet product is prepared before choosing a module.
The vacuum system and product exposure arrangement are selected together. Feed condition, viscosity and transfer behaviour influence the duty. A vessel photograph does not establish residual oxygen, installed vacuum performance or a universal aroma result.
Provide a stable supply and a matched downstream connection. Review vacuum services, cleaning and the following treatment inlet. Homogenization, deaeration and heating have separate purposes. Ask the offer to identify the complete supply scope and the product evidence used to assess it.
