Three-Tank CIP System
Supply the specified cleaning media to compatible closed product circuits and return them through an engineered route.
Machine detailsMap closed circuits separately from fruit preparation and removable screening parts. Review a three-tank CIP system with actual supply and return connections.

Closed vessels, product pipes and compatible downstream equipment have selected supply and return routes. Open washing surfaces, preparation positions and removable screens need separate access and tasks. One unspecified CIP claim cannot define every surface.
The pictured system has three vessels. Media allocation, recovery and discharge depend on configuration. Three visible tanks do not establish a fourth installed tank or a universal cleaning recipe.
Identify machine valves, return routes, drains and retained customer circuits. Include access to inspect product-contact parts. Cleaning conditions and verification follow equipment, soils and operating practice. A changeover plan includes draining and inspection as well as circulation.
