Texture / Equipment / Application

Every machine has a texture consequence.

Follow the product from edible feed to final package. Review what each duty changes—and what it must preserve.

PROCESS DUTY · SCHEMATIC ONLY01
Establish the edible feed

Fruit preparation

A controlled edible feed for extraction. The preparation stage should remove the agreed unwanted material without silently changing which fruit fractions the buyer expects to retain.

Separate before finishing

Pulp extraction

A pulp stream and a separate reject stream. Their material balance and visible seed, skin or fibre content determine what the refiner must actually handle.

Define what stays

Purée refining

A refined stream judged by the buyer’s agreed particle and fibre methods, plus a reject fraction whose composition is reviewed. Smooth appearance alone is not an acceptance method.

Consistency without assumption

Controlled blending

A mixed product sampled across an agreed batch or continuous boundary. Composition, temperature, air content and retained structure remain part of the target.

An optional shear decision

Homogenization review

A deliberately modified dispersion or texture, accepted only when the buyer’s method and application trial show the intended change without loss of required structure.

Preserve the specification in motion

Viscous product transfer

A controlled stream delivered to the next duty. Flow stability and observed texture change should be assessed at the same time as pressure and cleanability.

Control the air boundary

Purée deaeration

A stream whose air-related target is assessed by an agreed method. Sampling and later handling must not reintroduce the effect the stage was intended to control.

Match product and thermal duty

Viscous-product heat treatment

Product treated within a validated system boundary, with retained quality and the agreed transfer conditions for filling or subsequent cooling.

Deliver the agreed ingredient

Purée filling interface

The specified package filled and closed under the agreed process conditions, ready for the defined next handling stage. Fill performance includes product quality, not just weight.

Inspect the whole quality path

Connected cleaning design

An inspectable and verified ready-for-production condition according to the plant’s defined procedure. Cleaning completion is not inferred from a timer alone.
