Ask for evidence behind the selection
The offered model, contact parts and test conditions should support the proposed result. A generic photograph or catalogue maximum does not do that.
- Request actual model and component images.
- Ask for representative sample results.
- Tie ratings to product and operating conditions.
Agree what acceptance means
Specify methods, sampling, comparison conditions and responsibility. Product quality, throughput, cleaning and interfaces need their own checks.
- Define target and observed results separately.
- Include the intended application test.
- Record how unresolved findings are handled.
