- Identify each inlet and outlet.
- Record reject composition.
- Keep process samples tied to their configuration.
Modify only where useful
Mixing and homogenization are included for identified requirements. They do not automatically improve every texture.
- Ask which unmet target justifies the stage.
- Compare product under matched conditions.
- Preserve required fibre and structure.
Protect the resulting product
Transfer, air management, thermal duty and filling must work with the texture already established.
- Review the complete connected circuit.
- Define process and package validation boundaries.
- Check the ingredient after the final interface.
