Texture / Equipment / Application

Choose the work the line must do.

The starting material and the missing product requirement define the configuration.

01 / Project note

Whole-fruit route

Include fruit-specific preparation and extraction before judging the finishing duty. Keep raw-material variability and reject handling visible in the specification.

  • Agree the edible fraction.
  • Check preparation independently of refining.
  • Sample the actual extraction output.
02 / Project note

Prepared-ingredient route

Receiving prepared purée can remove the need for whole-fruit equipment, but it does not remove incoming quality, traceability or foreign-material responsibilities.

  • Obtain the upstream processing description.
  • Compare incoming texture against the target.
  • Add finishing only for a demonstrated need.
03 / Project note

Formulation route

Where ingredients are blended for an application, mixing, dosing and transfer may govern the project more than extraction.

  • Define ingredient sequence and uniformity.
  • Separate blending from optional homogenization.
  • Confirm the customer’s downstream process.
