Agree the specification, packaging and incoming quality method used by the recipient. The receiving team needs enough information to handle and compare the ingredient consistently.

- Agree how the result will be assessed.
Choose equipment from the gap
Compare the incoming ingredient with the target application requirement. Decide whether separation, mixing, transfer or optional shear addresses the actual gap.
- Retain desired fibre or structure.
- Avoid automatic homogenization.
- Keep the trial tied to the proposed configuration.
Carry the interface into the enquiry
Include the downstream boundary with the material and texture goals so a proposal can cover the real project.
- Define the receiving package and supply condition.
- Identify open methods or acceptance questions.
- Request evidence for the offered model and application.
